Note all items won must be paid for within 3 business days, and you need to pay for all items in one payment. Short payment will cause delay on delivery.

Please note...   Pick up is NOT available for eBay items. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Do not bid if you do not accept these conditions.  If you bid on this item, it will be accepted that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms:

• By bidding on our auction, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including warranty & return policies
• The transaction is to be completed within 3 days after the end of auction
• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the auction details is unintentional
• Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
• Buyer must pay for shipping & handling charges, shipping will be charged at the rate as stated in the shipping & handling section
• NO PICK UP
• Please allow 10 business days for delivery of product, but normally you will get it much faster
• In case of any problem with the product, contact us first before leaving negative feedback. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction
• All sales are final 30 days after purchase. No EXCEPTIONS
• All items sent via Australia Post or other freight companies are always carefully addressed and packed. However, we assume no liability for the late delivery or goods being missing or damaged while in transit (The option to register/insure item is strongly advised).  If such an event should happen, we will assist winning bidder to track the item or seek any possible compensation. If item is insured, we will lodge inquiry with freight companies and claim compensation accordingly, we will then post replacement/refund to winning bidder once investigation is finalised.  In such an event please allow up to 4-6 week for the investigation to be processed 

• If a problem should occur, please contact us first, we shall do our best to resolve it. Please ensure all of your correspondence includes your user ID and item number, we will reply to your email within 48 hours during business days, usually it should be much quicker.

  RETURNS POLICY
  
  Your Notification of any defective product must be received by us within 14 days from the date of despatch - for replacement consideration. Most items will be sent through registered/insured post - should the package be damaged on arrival please inform the delivery agent to make a note accordingly or do not sign for the item. Any confirmed defective product must be returned back to us within 7 days of receiving relevant instructions. For assistance with warranty and returns please email admin@guysmith.com.au
  
  If the item is determined by us to be faulty we will refund the item cost (less postage) or send out a replacement as required by the purchaser. If your item is found to be working/nothing wrong - it will be returned at your expense.
  
  Return Shipping Cost:

  We are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. The Customer will be responsible for postage on any item(s) returned. No COD. There is no exception for return shipping cost policy.
